accommodate the various sizes artist use. The store is owned by Napoleon and his wife Belinda with Esme their son as their influence for the space.
Being in this emerging alternative gallery space community that is in Downtown Jersey City E.TittleMouse&Co know their stuff. Napoleon used to work with artist and curate shows, so he is no stranger in this art realm. He looks for local artist to show. The exhibit shown are artist based and they select the pieces that suit the store. Currently they are showing a female photographer, jersey native, who photographed closes up at certain locations in Jersey City. they give back to the community by working/collaborating with local artist and using the thrift store as a means of selling affordable fashions and knick-knacks to sustain the business and support the arts.
They actually approached me about showing some of my work come the summer time when they know they will get a lot of consumer/collector traffic. They chose my "Death of Art" project which I did last year. I'm excited to show here its not set in stone but I established a connection with them and they are amazing people.
